        The iPureViral DNA/RNA Kit is suitable for rapidly and efficiently extracting total RNA and DNA from various biological samples, allowing the obtained nucleic acids to be directly used for fluorescence quantitative PCR or RT-PCR detection. The kit utilizes magnetic bead purification technology and is suitable for manual or automated operation.         As shown in the image: Intestinal virus EV71 type (RNA virus) was serially diluted tenfold to obtain high, medium, and low gradients. The iPureViral DNA/RNA kit was used for repeated extraction 20 times with the Hangzhou Aosheng nucleic acid extractor. The obtained results were repeatedly tested using the "Intestinal Virus EV71 Type Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Method)" from Sun Yat-sen University Daan Gene Co., Ltd.

        The results show good repeatability for the extraction of high, medium, and low gradients of intestinal virus EV71 type, with a CV% ≤ 5%. The amplification fluorescence value of 8.0×105 indicates high amplification efficiency.
